SUNBOW'S SYNOPSIS
Shipwreck loses his heart to a "mermaid." Her name is Mara, and she’s the genetically-altered subject of a Cobra experiment to create true amphibious soldiers, capable of breathing both water and air. But the experiment was a failure. Beautiful blue skinned Mara can survive only underwater -- assuming she can elude the Cobra forces hunting her down to find out what went wrong.

OBSERVATIONS
Tomax and Xamot simultaneously comment while on the sub, "That’s the bottom line." Their line sounds like the closing remark to any argument made be pro-wrestler "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.

On a personal note, the best song to listen to while watching the show is Faith No More’s "Underwater Love" from the album The Real Thing.

HIGHLIGHTS
Movie Clip: On a beach at Kona Tonga, Mara and Shipwreck hold one another under the moon and she tells him, "There’s no other choice, Shipwreck."
Shipwreck: "Mara -"
"No," Mara interrupts, "don’t say it. Please. It’ll only make things harder. Kona Tonga is a beautiful place. I belong here...I belong to the sea."
She runs away and dives into the nighttime waters. And on an empty beach, a sailor stands alone under the moon, waves to the ocean and softly and sadly whispers, "Good-bye, Mara."
