Production Number: 600-22
Original Airdate: October 24, 1985
A mysterious series of telephone tips ("This is the viper.. I’m coming for you…five-nine-five...six hours...maybe seven") sends the Joes on a ‘round-the-world mission, raiding one Cobra operation after another in an attempt to aver the threatened attack. But Cobra isn’t making the telephone threats - and doesn’t know who is. Only after the mayhem is over do we discover the truth. The doorbell rings. At the door stands a little man in overalls, carrying a bucket and squeegee. "I am the viper. The vindow viper. I’ve come to vipe your vindows..." [Note: Some of the dialogue mentioned in the synopsis did not appear in the episode]

* indicates the character was silent during the episode
As seen during the episode "The
Gamesmaster" when Ace picked a toy soldier up from the ground, Alpine
continued the tradition of collecting knick-knacks when he explained to
Footloose that he wanted to grab a rock for his collection while in Antarctica.
If there was ever a line that foreshadowed the punch line to the show,
Barbecue said it after Roadblock crashed through a window: "Guess I won't
need that window cleaned."

During the opening sequence of the MTV television Aeon Flux, the
main character catches a fly with her eyelashes, and the shot bears a striking
similarity a close-up of Scarlett while she is on the telephone. The MTV
show's creator, Peter Chung, may be the same Peter Chung who was listed
in the second season credits of the Sunbow series The Transformers.

Upon entering the Cobra recreational base, a robot similar to Robby
the Robot greets the Joes. Robby the Robot, who is mimicked with the spinning
circles on the side of his glass head, appeared in the film Forbidden
Planet and the television series Lost in Space and The Twilight
Zone.
