SUNBOW'S SYNOPSIS
Version 1: There’s a good reason each member of the Joe team operates under a code name; no man is an island, and every Joe has family members who could be used as hostages by Cobra if their identities were ever uncovered. But when G.I.Joe captures a secret Cobra munitions base, and thus gains control of a totally new crystalline explosive that’s ten times more powerful than nitroglycerine - and ten time[s] more unstable -- Cobra launches a desperate mission to kidnap family members of several Joes and use those brainwashed relatives as a death squadron to retrieve the Cobra weapon.

Version 2: When G.I.Joe captures a secret Cobra explosive, Cobra kidnaps and brainwashes family members of several Joes as a death squadron to retrieve the Cobra weapon.

THE  PERSONNEL

THE  GEAR
G.I.Joe: Dragonfly, Bridgelayer, AWE Striker, Silver Mirage motorcycle Cobra: Ferret

OBSERVATIONS
Both Scarlett's civilian and code-name were misspelled when they appeared on a Cobra monitor. Her code-name was seen as "Scallett" and her last name was "O'Hala" instead of "O'Hara."

Rather than coloring the Cobra Ferrets blue during the kidnapping scene of Spirit's cousin and grandfather, the Cobra vehicles were green.

The Baroness pulls off a neat trick: wearing glasses under a mask, which is removed when she climbs into a Cobra van. Also, the van has a Cobra license plate number of 888. And if 666 is "the mark of the beast" and 777 is designated as heaven's number, is 888 the number for Cobra? Where are Dante and Milton when you need them?

The appearance of the All-Terrian Vehicle (ATV) in the episode could be a nod to the RTV, which appeared in issue six of the comic book series.

ERRORS
In this shot, Quick Kick is wearing Shipwreck's shirt. Was the character supposed to have Shipwreck's head instead of Quick Kick's or was the wrong body drawn on the cels?
