Notes:
· The oversized version, which has a silver label with green writing like the slipcase and Beta slipcase releases (with the exception of the Blue Letter Edition, which inluded a white label with black letters), was packaged with a plastic tray and inside a box that measured 9" x 5.75" x 1.5"
· Credit was not given to Steve Mitchell and Barbara Petty as the writers of the episode
· The back of box noted that the design of the box was created by The Art Department and that the illustrations were by Steve Vance and Bill Black
· The Blue Letter Edition was wrapped in celophane with the words "Live Home Video" and the company's logo on the left hand side and included a white label similar to the slipsleave release for FHE - Vol. 1 has the catalog number 21872; also, a sticker on the side of the box states that the video was distributed by MCA Distributing Corp.
· The red, white and blue striped video package was released in the FHE Holiday Two-Pak
