Like the Cobra Maggot, the Cobra Sea Ray is another weapon that seperates into mulitple units.
	The USS Flagg makes its debut in the commercial animation sequences and is quite an impressive sight under stormy skies.
	After the animation sequence changes from an aquatic to an arctic location, a G.I.Joe Snow Cat and Cobra Wolf destroy one another in battle. The shot of the Techno Viper emerging from the fiery remains of the Wolf is a great scene and Sunbow should have tried the same type of shot during pivotal moments in a few of the television episodes.
