SUNBOW'S SYNOPSIS
An investigative reporter for a television newsmagazine storms onto the Joe base, demanding an interview. Not only is he convinced that Cobra poses no threat to national security - he doesn’t even believe that the terrorist organization exists! He’s determined to expose G.I.Joe and its battle against Cobra as a massive government ripoff, a hoax to justify the billions spent on the Joes’ arsenal of futuristic weaponry! Film at eleven!

OBSERVATIONS
"Fifty lashes with a wet noodle to anyone who didn't figure out what the initials for the 'Committee Of Basic Reductions in Armies' stood for in the first milli-second it was spoken." Hector Ramirez, journalist of the show Twenty Questions, is a parody of Geraldo Rivera, a regular on the ABC news program 20/20 (Matthew Pak's 3 3/4" G.I.Joe Collector Guide - Volume Two: The Television Episodes). Geraldo was parodied again in the movie UHF, which starred "Weird Al" Yankovic, who contributed the song "Dare to be Stupid" to the soundtrack of the Sunbow motion picture The Transformers: The Movie.

The episode was released along with "An Eye for an Eye" by Kid Rhino as volume two.
