"Fifty lashes with a wet noodle to anyone who didn't figure out what the initials for the 'Committee Of Basic Reductions in Armies' stood for in the first milli-second it was spoken." Hector Ramirez, journalist of the show Twenty Questions, is a parody of Geraldo Rivera, a regular on the ABC news program 20/20 (Matthew Pak's 3 3/4" G.I.Joe Collector Guide - Volume Two: The Television Episodes). Geraldo was parodied again in the movie UHF, which starred "Weird Al" Yankovic, who contributed the song "Dare to be Stupid" to the soundtrack of the Sunbow motion picture The Transformers: The Movie.
The episode was released along with "An
Eye for an Eye" by Kid Rhino as volume
two.
