G.I.Joe: Recondo, Rock 'n' Roll, Scarlett, Duke, Snake Eyes, Cutter, Wild Bill, Ripcord Cobra: Zartan, Tipper, Torch, Buzzer, Cobra agents, Copperhead, Cobra Commander, Crimson Guards
G.I.Joe: Dragonfly, WHALE Cobra: Water moccasin, HISS tank, FANG helicopter, Zartan's swamp skier

An error in the continuity in Zartan's character occurs when he is unaffected by the sunlight when standing in the open during the first act of the episode and later cringes in fear and anger when sunlight streams into the Cobra base while the Joes attempt to rescue Dr. Shakoor and destroy the Vulcan machine.

Before there were webcams, there was a cobra snake with a camera built in its mouth and a monitor on its body that was used by Zartan to communicate with Cobra Commander.

The episode was released as volume 11 in the FHE commercial tape series.
