SUNBOW'S SYNOPSIS
Flint goes to visit his relatives who lived in a “planned community” by the sea - only to discover that the community was planned by Cobra and that the residents are victims of the terrorist group’s mind control device. By night, the innocent citizens become an army of slave laborers, forced to construct a secret underwater base for Cobra.

A parallel to The Transformers: The Movie occurs when the WHALE jumps up to avoid Cobra's torpedoes (left image), a move that is similar to Kup and Hot Rod's while they are pursued by Galvatron (right image).
