The inking for the missile discharge appears to have missed its target on the cel.
The scene for the Cobra Bugg's escape is very similar to the comic book commercial for issue number 72.
The slight saturation of the colors is similar to the animation sequence for DEMON and AGP. However, when the Bugg dives into the dark blue water, the stark contrast creates a depressive appearance, which fits moment's mood since Cobra eluded the Joes.
