Originally from the advertisement for issue #68, the scenes have entered a dehumanized stage, one where the machines are the focus of the camera. And amid the beautifully drawn mountains, a Cobra Mamba is destroyed and the pilot never escapes.
The first shot of the second scene contains includes a dark piece of humor because two Cobra HISS tanks are swatted aside as the doors of the Battleforce 2000 base swing open. The laser emanating from the pitch black cave is a great dramatic touch because the effect resemble fire coming out of a cave where a dragon supposedly lives. (And I'm not talking about one like Puff the Magic Dragon.)
